Thai / Asian Twist

I am a chef and an interdisciplinary artist who loves food and combines it with sound and visual installation art. Coming from a landscape architect background, I intend to cook food that connects people to the community, seasons, culture, and landscape where the food comes from. My cooking is inspired by Thai cuisine, especially from my childhood memory in Lablae, Uttaradit, and has sometimes twisted with Western influence since I moved to London. I’m interested in using seasonal organic ingredients with different cooking methods to showcase the charm of nature.
